WNYMedia is accusing the Chris Lee campaign of “littering the district with illegal and grossly misleading flyers about Alice Kryzan.” I have contacted the Lee campaign, and have been told they “had no involvement in the flyers.”

I’ve just learned that Jon Powers will indeed remain on the WFP line on the ballot on Tuesday. A federal court ruled moments ago… This reverses the decision earlier today that gave Kryzan the WFP line…
